I'm a technical chart trader I trade the chart not the other stuff. I've seen penny stocks that had 0 revenues 0 employees horrible quarterly reports go on insane runs over 500% And the weekly chart is showing a run. Also 2 things I noticed today possible double bottom at .0013 and the other thing I noticed was a Dragon Fly Doji Candle. I wouldn't be surprised if this starts to move higher this week.
