I concur!

That's likely what the Certified 3rd Party Valuation is all about!

No different than getting a certified valuation on any business or real estate holdings, same thing.

I now give Buy Out/Acquisition better than an 80% probability, but only time will tell.

We should know soon after 11/15/21, possibly before the end of this year!
