WHOOOO.
So it traded from .0001 to .002 or so on NO NEWS, not being current or nothing. So my question is; with the new SEC rule in effect what is the difference before and after the rule was put in. Are brokers afraid that they will get caught in something or what. Can anyone help me out on this one.
