Here is a link to that Dang Class Action Complaint.

Upon initial review, I see a strong likelihood that it will be dismissed. It seems that most of the alleged misrepresentations are directly contradicted by risk disclosures noted within the body of the Complaint. I think the filing is sloppy and confusing. A lot of boilerplate and noise, with little actual actionable substance.

I think their error is that any theoretical fraud case seeking investor recovery for what happened on 3/30/2020, should not be based so much upon what was said (misrepresentations of material fact), but more so upon what was NOT said (omissions of material fact).
