I would guess that stop losses have little to no impact on the PPS.

Who sets a stop loss and then ignores a stock in the OTC? It doesn't make any sense.

The decline in price is due to MM activity, shorts and the tiny volume that this stock trades in.

Here's a fun experiment: Take 10,000 of your shares and start selling them at the bid, 10 shares at a time. Report back what the PPS was when you started selling and the PPS when the last set of 10 shares were sold at. I'll bet my lunch money there will be a decent spread. This is because of the low volume. This is why we see the daily declines, especially when MM and shorts are programmed to sell.
