Very good point ex and I really do closely read your post so with that being said I want to ask you just ONE question directly that I wish for you to answer directly.
Regardless of all past circumstances WHY has this trial gone on for so long? With that being said, if there are others that have I would like to know who they are. If there are no others I again ask, why has this trial been so long?
My personal opinion is exactly one of two things:

1. They have produced a product that is going to CRUSH the rad/chemo business which will take the entire world a VERY long time to adjust to NOT to mention the FINANCIAL impact of such...or
2. Linda really did learn a lot from Enron. I got fu..Ed by Enron and Ken slapnuts Lay and the rest of those bastards by the way!!!
