I did post a link at 8:26am today. So yes they appealed the one. which covers 9 flavors. IMO they are now legally allowed to sell 9 flavors plus 1 menthol and 1 tobacco. IMO that is one of the most comprehensive suite of products of any company in the industry. Big retailers must be very careful of what they sell as they are now part of the enforcement arena. IMO KAVL will start to show major orders flowing soon.
