My point is that everything Koos put out this year in the 8k's were things he had accomplished. That 8k for the $1.5 million loan didn't need anything else said, the market already had a good idea of what he is looking to do and if most still think a buyout is the endgame well he crushed that hope for many big shareholders (short-term traders of course). Sure, they weren't going to hold this for years like you would with many bio stocks, but they were a big part of the upward momentum and he ran them off.

So for me it was a "fluff" PR, and I get the definition of "fluff" is subjective, but I've been doing this for over 30 years and I've seen enough of them to know when one is a run-killer, and that's what the 8k did.

Thanks for listening with an open mind whether we agree or not. I'm long RGBP, have added on the way down, and still think it's going to be a home run. I just wanted to see the home run in the 5th inning, not the bottom of the 9th!
