Yes agreed. EGOC stands to benefit along with share holders and the Price per share! It would appear that the name change along with CUSIP change will force the shares to be proven to be authentic and if there are any "phantom shares" like naked shorts floating about those shares will be eliminated through a probable buy back by the brokers. Nice. Very nice. Even after Lazar cleaned everything up it looks as though the filtering and cleaning may get a second round and this is good for all of us.
