"plans to offer Roc Monee a complete management and booking contract. Terms of the deal were not disclosed at the time of this release."

The word "plans" is what I am referring to. Again, a potential misleading word from RMDG. With the lies about float, no numbers, no advertising, etc. you have to look at every damn word in a press release at this point.
