Let’s see, his resource who signed an NDA, on a company who business operations would move the company in a positive direction share that information with a person that stated, “his words” honor the persons NDA after he viewed the company information yet traded and profited from the information…. A million dollars…..again “his words”…..there is no honor in that, yes it is greed….yet it is not from the individuals or escrows holders who traded coop on instinct or based on trading knowledge….this is investing the other is called insider trading….basically it is what it is….no honor in that….
