Hickma agreeing to sell only SH not CVD and Healthnet not to switch to generic for cvd prescriptions



That's not practical, and won't prevent off-label use. Only way to prevent off-label use is to remove GV from market. Nothing else, unless Congress changes the law and bans off-label use.
