$PYBX signed a joint venture agreement with Middle East Solutions and Technologies for Energy and Environment (“MESTEE”), a Lebanon based conglomerate engaged in renewable energy. MESTEE submitted initial bids in June 2018 for the EOI for three major solar projects for the Lebanon government to be completed from 2021 to 2026.
