This makes absolutely NO SENSE, there will be no "dilutive event", they have a lot of cash, they are buying back their shares, and Jay Bray started a program to sell some of his shares over a one year period! He would no do this if he expects the PPS go down! He is expecting a HIGHER PPS until September 2022!

And COOP does not need to "buy the servicing rights" it already owns, and COOP is not responsible for the WMIH escrows!
