Right, so the premise of the post was basically. vote no to the 200 million.

It's not like the NIH has money ready to go. It's also most likely that there is not a big Pharma ready to pay out big bucks for and indication or a trial. After all, the way they see it or want to see it Cytodyn without the 200 million would be very vulnerable, just wait and let it die

So it's just a coincidence that this opinion aligns with that of the 13D of making or keeping Cytodyn and it's shareholders vulnerable to a takeover and accepting a whatever deal to salvage their investment .

No thanks, I will vote yes for the 200 million so that money can be raised as needed.

The 13D and any of their recommendations by now, should be seen as what they are, bad for the success and independence of Cytodyn from super dilutive or patent losing initiatives. After all the only thing Cytodyn has is Leronlimab. Why risk losing it, for what might be called non-dilutive financing yet which could cost the company any future
