Yes, LL needs to have more trials to get approved, with the FDA funded by BP, it is a very difficult maneuver for a small biotech company.

That's why we need a much strong and knowledgeable team to run the trials to get strong convincing results that the FDA can't find any excuses to not to approval.

I really don't see any qualities in NP that makes me believe he can get LL to the finish line for any indication.

If we don't vote for NP and 200 millions, maybe NP will be forced to apply NIH funding or other public funding, that way, at least the shares will not be diluted.

Otherwise, with NP's historically approved capabilities of failing every attempts, we may see our shares diluted yet nothing accomplished for another year. oh one thing NP will sure accomplish is another big check to his back account for another year.
