SHMP Entered into a purchase agreement with Gulf Seafood Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement

1) In partnership with SHMP GSI will assist in procurement and set up of ancillary materials including necessary equipment and facilities, logistical support, staff training and packaging necessary for shipment of live shrimp. (At La Coste?)

2) Conduct a three-month trial (selling and shipping live shrimp)

3) Upon successful demonstration of the trial agreement and after an initial successful partnership period...

4) GSI will potentially commit to a long-term distribution agreement for 2022

5) Per the Long Term Agreement - GSI will purchase 25,000 pounds of live shrimp at a price of $10.50 per pound in 2022.
