The Maxim group, the company that did the underwriting for the 8 million dollar offering, has turned their 8 million dollars into over 20 million dollars. They will sell every share they purchased and every warrant they purchased. unfortunately for us. No news from Kavl which would explain any other reason for this kind of volume. if shares that were purchased by maxim werent being dumped in, we would be above 5 dollars a share easy. float has turned over 5 times. dont buy their cheap shares, sell into them and buy back in when price drops back around 1.50 because its going too. im only saying this because im sick of watching fuc$ tards like maxim making millions off a sham run up to clear shares and warrants.
