BigBang, you ask the following. Wasn’t this also true last year? Did we receive anything last year?

The answer is NO as distributions could NOT have happened with pending litigation that just ended mid-year 2021 so prior to EOY 2021 we should see not only current years distribution but ALL distributions that have been withheld due to bk filing and litigation.

This is why I believe Alice's SOURCE will be spot-on correct with 2.5 par and shares of preferred and commons distributed to Old & Cold investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012.

Due to all litigation being over for the last few months, it would seem they would NOT need to use the 65-day rule BUT they could should something develop. However, WMILT could still be dissolved by the expiration of WMILT by mid-March 2022. This rule gives the right to distribute within the first 65 days of New Year as if it were dispursed on or before the last day of the previous year.
