Once again, the negativity by some of this Board is getting old and tiring. I get it...you don't want this company and stock to succeed. I don't really care your reasoning. But I thought this Board was to input, notify, and discuss FACTS about the company, mergers, partnerships, etc. whether good or bad.

This Board has gotten personal and hostile and the insults and attacks are immature and petty. Isn't there a rule clarifying conduct?
