Yes ...I did not mean to imply the pharmacist was actively deciding to with to the generic . Its automatic per state laws as far as I know.
Doubt if MD's want to get into it either ...being how over run they are with "paper work " as it is .
Insurers are the best target if they require PA's ...then its obvious what the indication is ( VHTG or CAD on statins with TG's over 135 )
Now we wait until we see if this infringement case proceeds.....and if it does ...will that decision be appealed.
