And don’t bother to put up a link to Foelak’s ID - because it was NEVER FINALIZED and was put aside when the SEC Board of Commissioners granted the Petition for Review.

So - I’d REALLY like to see proof of this dismissal. Because THAT means that we’re all waiting for the Commissioners ruling on the PFR for basically no reason.
