Utter rubbish, you are quoting some pathetic report that spoke about data lock to journal publication date and even then the time period of that study obviously did not take in to account that 100% of data these days is collated digitally . LP had the data ready to go in AUGUST 2020 as per her `data next month` ( sep 2020) quote ..
