re IMNPQ: The Admin. Law Judges can either revoke the company's stock registration(s) or they may choose to let the BK Judge cancel the securities since the company is in Chapter 7 liquidation.

With either option the stock will be worthless.

IMNPQ SEC Suspension "because there is a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of IMNPQ because it is delinquent in its periodic filings with the Commission, having not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2018, and because of questions regarding the accuracy of publicly available information in the marketplace concerning IMNPQ, including current reports on Form 8-K filed on April 12, 2021 and April 13, 2021; the Company’s assets; the Company’s current financial condition; and recent, increased trading activity in the securities of IMNPQ despite its status as a debtor in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding."
