AC I wouldnt put to much credence into pinksheets info...the share stucture as is posted on board is

Share Structure...

Outstanding Shares: 365 million

Approximate float 175 million


that should help that figure look more reasonble....Outstanding shares float plus restricted shares not for sale to general public..... the float consists of shares available for public trading!!!!
