Is she a screaming buy to you @ 15, a never touch again, or a hold steady?

This is a personal decision (risk tolerance, cash available, other investment holdings, etc.) and whether you believe Management can fix the manufacturing issues and get FDA approval. If you think the issues will be resolved and FDA approval is coming in 12-15 months, there is no reason not to buy more.

I don't own a large position and the shares I do own were bought in the $10's and $12's --- so my viewpoint is likely very different than someone who bought shares at significantly higher prices over the past year.
