GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to be a part of a World Leading Compact Model Development team engaged in Design Enablement in GlobalFoundries state of the art photonics technologies. As a Device Modelling Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of state-of-the-art Optical & Electro-Optical device compact models in Silicon Photonics (SiPh) technologies for advanced applications. The successful applicant will be a member of an established world-class compact model development team, driven by collaborative innovation, analytical thinking, and creative problem solving.
