Pretty much spelled it out.

This particular company is one I believe is going to
find itself in hot water with the SEC.

It appears they RS the stock, then print more shares
and just do it over and over again.

It's surely a quick way to turn $1000 into $1
while someone else holds your $999 that left the building.

My opinion is just that, my opinion.
So make no investment decisions based on my opinion.
