While they are at that, maybe they can devote some time to overcoming the power issue staring them in the face.

There is presently no photocell on earth that is compact enough to produce the required power nor battery to store the excess for 24 hour use, that will fit with their turtle.

If the plan is to hardwire these turtles, then the photocell is a non issue. What is an issue then is the millions $ and hundreds of millions $$$ on the underground infrastructure ( not likely to happen btw)
