Our directors and executive officers own or control a sufficient number of shares of our common stock to control our Company, which could discourage or prevent a takeover, even if an acquisition would be beneficial to our stockholders.

So you think they really need our vote to send the authorized into the billions?

This type of move indicates to me that it's a preemptive strike to... never mind. I won't say those two words. But we'll see how it plays out.

So...dirty mathwise...they have 600M shares currently authorized, ~10M options outstanding, ~450M Class A shares out, 18M Class Bs convertible to As, just increased the number of shares of common stock available for issuance under the 2016 Plan to 225 million shares (from 20 million) and they're going to be able to avoid increasing the number of Authorized shares?

My math isn't THAT dirty. How do you suppose they're going to do that?
