I once had a neighbor that had a man approach him and ask him if he was interested in making 60k a year off of his farm. My neighbor replied “sure, how can I do that?” The other man replied “just write me a check for $2500 and I’ll get the ball rolling”. So my neighbor wrote the check. He still isn’t making 60k a year on his farm and that was 20 years ago.
