My thoughts….

If he truly intends to uplist in the next 2-5 months, there must be a whirlwind of either revenue and/or substantiation coming our way, and soon, to get the price much higher. There is no other way.

He will not do a large reverse split from these prices just to uplist and have nothing to back it up besides what we have been told to date. Forget the cost just to uplist, it would be financial suicide from a pps perspective as TPTW would get eaten alive and the effort and cost would be meaningless.

Wouldn’t be surprised if we see a decent sized equity raise in conjunction with the uplist and no underwriter would back it without the goods, which may be what the 250mil shares are for.

My investment is now based on the belief that we will see the goods.
