I'm not really that concerned with the dividend.
It will be great to get it, but the important thing is JUST GETTING IT DONE!

If HERB is able to jump the hoops and get the dividend completed, they will have dramatically improved the credibility of the company, such that investors will be more willing to trust what they say, and invest in the stock.

So whatever happens with the dividend, if they get it done, the HERB shares will be worth a good deal more than the current range. That's why I continue to buy.
