They won't run out.. Volume is still really low compared to the floated shares. ALPP is being watched by hundreds of larger investment institutions. Someone shared a screen shot on this board about a year ago with the names of all of the companies... The buys happening right now are regular people and firms willing to take on more risk than most. Wednesday is when the share war will happen. Big institutions don't buy until the ink is on the paper (so to speak). This is truly a case where I encourage buying before then lol.
