So...
"The money must be deposited in an interest-bearing account or invested in a court-approved, interest-bearing instrument."

You cannot invest in T-Securities, as interest rates are going up and you lose money as the price of the bonds declines, so I am guessing 1/2 of 1% per year.

Every single common shareholder is losing money/purchasing power with these silly delays caused by Billy.
