If you go to https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MCIC/financials and click on the "quarterly" tab you will see all disclosure pasted last week have been processed. I'm surprised because OTC was way behind but I guess they caught up.

That tells me MCIC may go CURRENT tonight, Thursday night, or Sunday night. They update sometime around 12:15 AM CST Mon - Fri. That is really late Sunday night through late Thursday night. That only applies to companies that file OTC disclosures. If they file through SEC it can change every night of the week.
