What would prevent:
• Any company (or individual?) from acquiring another
• Not file SEC documents b/c didn't feel like it
• Purposely allow the stock to become revoked
• Change the terms in your favor
• And keep all the proceeds?



I'm just guessing here -- The U.S. Attorney General?
