My apologies... NEO appears to be Canadian. Who would have known... The current ask is 19 cents Canadian though. That's 15 cents American. On the CSE the current ask is also 19 cents CDN for only 1,000 shares and then it jumps to 27 cents CDN.

I believe CLSH is oversold... That some investors bought it on it's high and oversold it out of fear or not knowing what they held. There's always investors who buy on hype without fully doing any due diligence.
