It couldn't hurt, but is not indispensable, as the Court, if functioning properly will decide the case on the merits. I am not sure what such an endorsement would entail at this point, given that the deadlines for supporting Briefs have long since passed. I am just glad that they have not opposed our efforts.

An interesting and reasonable inquiry to IR, would ask what is Amarin's position on this Appeal, and why have they not filed supporting papers, or otherwise come out in further support of this Appeal, given that the company's interests and those of its shareholders, are directly aligned in this case.
