Alm; excellent rebuttal and to the point. Question arises, why Amarin’s highly paid attorneys didn’t catch the “cropped table?” I know hindsight is 20/20, just that Amarin attorneys weren’t prepared it seems. They were relying solely on the merits of the patent language. Which goes back to Judge Du…shampoo, rinse..repeat.
