A bunch of disjointed thoughts....

Watching that latest Storytime video made me chuckle about a dozen times. It was like watching 1st graders do calculus. Or said another way, it was like watching many of us about 7 or 8 years ago.

Ardly said a very smart and savvy thing when he said it would be wrong for Bob to be "playing along" if VirTra didn't have a significant piece of a Military contract. I also believe that.

ARZ is also 100% correct in that there was no apparent need for the dilution. But if you want to know why he did the dilution it was for one reason and one reason only (in my opinion). Prior to the dilution the stock was in the wrong hands (people like me who simply sat on it). They issued the 3million shares to get those (and more) into the hands of big money players (funds, institutions, deep pockets). Bob took the advice of G. Johnson and bowed to Wall Street and decided to play the game, simple as that.

Bob has many strengths but also two very bad weaknesses. He is a poor judge of people and surrounds himself with 3rd or 4th tier talent. He also does not have a clue what it takes to sell product to anybody. IF he was a good judge of talent and could hire well then the second thing wouldn't matter since the leader of the Sales Org would be responsible for sales.

Last, I wonder how Bob will be able to handle the pressure of skyrocketing expectations and a fully priced stock? I'm sure Q3 will be fine and maybe even Q4 but we all know that one or two of the next 7 quarters are gonna suck for some reason no one saw coming.
