We don't have to examine Dahl's track record to interpret "forthcoming months" coupled with excuses to mean .... ah .... maybe 2 years from now.

HOPE Y'ALL VOTED YOUR PROXY. MGMT NEEDS TO BE SENT A STRONG MESSAGE. A snot nosed Wall Street analyst can't do a projection based on information mgmt is offering at least publicly.
