Syblue will be the new publicly trade company all of Rgbp patents will revert to them with us getting a dividend we will get like a 1 for 1000 in the new company and Rgbp will become a shell so basically he will get a reverse split he can care less about shareholders he is just interested in our money he wants maximum return a lower share structure with syblue is his ticket and then maybe a buyout or merger it just will take time
