Jasbg, AMRN decided on the Nevada venue for the court case. One rumour
is that Kennedy wanted a venue closer to his California home...Too bad
he didn't live closer to Texas which had a court that respected patent
holder rights. JT gave Kennedy the OK to select Nevada.

Had we won the court case, only a BP BO would have worked to maximize
the uptake of the drug. Had Thero successfully sold AMRN he would
have been (as no less than Adam Feuerstein had suggested) a Wall Street
Hero.

Thero diluted too often and by too much. Then executives like
Kennedy would sell off their shares at every chance they got.
Face it, Amarin had a week BOD, a poor, inept, and inarticulate
CEO, and an executive team that left a lot to be desired.
