There is that Chance that Koos didn't manage certain Co's successfully for one reason or another, (Please 2 examples,) and then look to the Pennies as a way to make a fortune, like one of my CEOs did, as he knew that they can say anything to this small desperate Co' who will accept any Credentials coming out of his mouth, simply because they cannot enlist real Ceos with a real record, as they have nothing to offer them?

This "CEO" I am talking about made such a deal for himself that was almost Criminal? Then in the contract, he had it stipulated that he was only going to work with this/our Company for only (8 DAYS A MONTH,) and yet is still there, 3 years after I sold out! Many of the Posters still believe in him, a guy with the GIFT OF GAB, who got us just so far, but then had to bow-out of the Licensing agreement because the Patent holder did something he couldn't accept, (His reason of course), which is why I left angry as He--!!! Phony Ceos look for boards members who have nowhere else to go, then throw their conditions upon them!

I know one guy who started a Co' that caters to the Management and Financial needs of small Co's by the name of JOE ABRAMS, who has helped Sell at least 2 small Co's with decent products for quite a bit of money! That is a Fact you can take to court!!!

As for Koos, I have no opinion yet? GLTA
