Your timeline graphic is misleading and hiding the fact that CVSI hasn't diluted it's shareholders nowhere near the amount CW has. Since the beginning of 2020 CW dilution has been very dramatic and it will get only worse as their OpEx and cash burn is huge, not to mention overpriced materials that they should write-down. By the time CVSI is profitable in 2022, CW will be only at half way with it's dilutions.

PS! CW is only days away announcing another round of ~$50M dilution!
