followingte did GlobeTel respond to the direction of Dohan? Of course they did. This is how Audits work. If the company hid something deliberately from Dohan then they are correct in having a problem. If the company and Dohan missed an material fact Dohan can not excuse themselves as it was their job as an expert to find the error. This entire 8K was an attempt to isolate Dohan from whatever the decision of the SEC. If it was there to be found and Dohan missed it you can't hide behind this letter. That's why it is a non-event.

The SEC decision is a very important event, and it way well reflect on both Dohan and GlobeTel. We can only wait for the event.
