(Except for johnny,June @ patsy)..Every time the song is played it gets .09 cents. Its been averaging $700.00 a year in Royalties. I buy it for $30,000 Bucks! Because I will get a lifetime Return, It will go to my Kids and they will get a lifetime royalty. But its more than the return! Its A "Status Symbol" I own a song from a Artist I thought cool forty years ago...And if somebody wants to play it on their movie that is doing a sound track. I could hit a Home Run. (Up to 50k on movies) and the royalties are done by PRO A Middle Man organization that keeps the books: There are thousands of radio stations out there, each playing hundreds of songs every single day and at such a scale the direct payment system just doesn’t work. So, the PROs (Performing Rights Organizations) act as a middleman of sorts, doing the administrative work of collecting performance royalties and distributing them to proper artists or their representatives (and taking a cut in the process). .......AB needs "live streaming" for live auctions of NFt
