How is it bad that diluted shares are finding homes?

Wouldn’t it be worse if the shares didn’t find any homes and then the debt company received more shares as a penalty?

Seems to me some investors are just trying to sink their teeth into news that can be spun either way for the sake of trying to allow others to buy in at a steeper discount.

After all, it’s usually a pretty good gamble that dilution equals a fall in price, but that’s a GAMBLE, and it really seems like the price is holding up pretty well considering.
