I've been saying all along that Charles and Joe are too old to keep this gravy train going. A buyout makes a lot of sense from every angle.

Joe has survived by writing white papers that promote the *potential* for something he's been playing around with - but not actually producing anything.

The Cotropia brothers have become grand masters at finding investors, grants, and research funding to keep lining their pockets. Joe's been doing that for over 40 years. ITV-1 is a very, very minor step forward in HIV therapies and is only just now - and barely - coming to the market in countries not exactly known for their stringent healthcare requirements.

A buyout would be for something near the 200 DMA - which means they'll pay what, .18??

SO all those folks who keep listening to the "Twitter Sage" with his "in-depth DD" who didn't sell at almost $1 and have been waiting for their $25 uplisted stock - are going to get bupkiss aren't they.
